Check in with them every so often to make sure that their goals align with your organization’s goals and be sure they are on track to meet their goals.

Have members of your organization work together on teams. Each member of the team can be responsible for a different area of focus for the project. Let the team work together to plan and execute the project. Each team member can delegate tasks to the other team members to complete the project.
